Charlotte Daniels is a member of our Product Returns Team. She ensures that products are correctly sorted and packaged for shipment back to manufacturers. During this process, she verifies that product and manufacturer information is accurate to prevent delays in credit retrieval.
PharmaLink’s series of expansion initiatives have continued to progress since the launch in March 2020. Phase I was comprised of moving the designated operations and administrative functions to a new area. Once that move was completed, space became available to begin planning and implementing Phase II.
Scott Wernke works in our CII Department. His job is the processing of Control Level II products. Scott not only securely handles the product, but he also ensures that the returns process is completed according to DEA and state regulations.
Judith Clagette works to package processed drugs for shipment. She verifies every product against a packing list, ensuring that every return is handled accurately and efficiently.
Rachel Dennis, a trainer in our Processing Department, works with Lediana Dija to check incoming product into our inventory and processing system. This initial process serves as an integral step in delivering return credits to our customers.
