Job openings are posted on ZipRecruiter. There, you can search for all available jobs and read job descriptions. If you don’t see the job you’re looking for you also can submit a resume, cover letter, and three references to email@example.com. *Please be advised that resumes submitted without all the above requirements will not be considered.
1. Application review
The hiring manager will review your information. This can take up to two weeks after you submit your resume. If your qualifications match the job requirements, you will be contacted for a phone interview.
2. Phone interview
If your experience matches our job function a phone interview is arranged by the hiring manager. This will allow us to get more information from you to determine if an in-person interview is warranted. Please set aside approximately 30 minutes to one hour for our phone interview.
3. In-person interview
If you are a viable candidate for the job, we will schedule an in-person interview. You will meet with the hiring manager or department leader who are looking to fill the position. You may also meet other people from the department. The interview process can be several hours long, please plan accordingly.
4. Reference check
This is the final step in the hiring process. We will contact each of the references you provided. This step takes about five to seven days. If everything checks out and we decide to offer you the job, a hiring manager will contact you with a verbal offer of employment.
