Jamilet Martinez is a Material Handler in our Shipping Department. She pulls products that are ready to be shipped back to manufacturers. Jamilet also verifies that the paperwork listed with the product matches the shipping information. This quality assurance process ensures that products are being shipped to the correct manufacturer.
Whitney Bennett is the DEA Compliance Supervisor in our CII Department. She oversees all Schedule II returns and ensures that all regulatory paperwork is maintained and submitted accordingly. Whitney’s oversight for all controlled substance returns assures that we remain complaint to all regulations.
Denise Garcia runs our Returns Authorization department. Her job is to apply for returns authorizations in order to begin the process of returning product to receive credit. With the help of her department, Denise maintains the information flow from manufacturers to PharmaLink, allowing for the processing of returns in a timely manner.
Kathey Johnson, a Processor in our CII Department, initiates the returns processing cycle of controlled substances for manufacturer credit. She identifies potentially credit-eligible items and validates that all information on the DEA Form 222 is completed correctly. This assures compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Tim Brightbill is a Quality Inspector in our Office of Organizational Excellence. He ensures that PharmaLink’s quality standards are upheld to the highest possible extent. This is a vital role since it facilitates growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through clearly defining standards and expectations.

Charlotte Daniels is a member of our Product Returns Team. She ensures that products are correctly sorted and packaged for shipment back to manufacturers. During this process, she verifies that product and manufacturer information is accurate to prevent delays in credit retrieval.
PharmaLink’s series of expansion initiatives have continued to progress since the launch in March 2020. Phase I was comprised of moving the designated operations and administrative functions to a new area. Once that move was completed, space became available to begin planning and implementing Phase II.
Scott Wernke works in our CII Department. His job is the processing of Control Level II products. Scott not only securely handles the product, but he also ensures that the returns process is completed according to DEA and state regulations.
