Tim Brightbill is a Quality Inspector in the Office of Organizational Excellence. His role is to ensure that the company’s quality goals of exceeding customer expectations and accuracy of returns are being met, while ensuring that we are adhering to established standards, regulations, and recommended practices.

The value that quality standards brings to PharmaLink is that it facilitates growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. It also brings about a healthy work culture where standards, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly laid out, thus eliminating the stress of ambiguity from operational activities.

Another way to look at it is through the cost of poor quality. That cost is the gap between what is actually occurring in your products and processes versus what the intended outcome is. A robust quality program helps close or eliminate those gaps, which in turn increases production efficiency and product quality. This allows you to recover revenue and time which otherwise would be lost to poor quality.
